Ayodhya OBC Girl Gang-Rape: DNA Sample of SP Leader Moeed Khan’s Driver Raju Khan Matches with Foetus

Weeks after the arrest of SP leader Moeed Khan and his driver Raju Khan in connection with the gang-rape of an 12-year-old OBC girl in Ayodhya, new evidence has surfaced in the form of DNA reports. These reports have confirmed a match between Raju Khan’s DNA and the foetus, tightening the noose around the accused in the case. This crucial piece of evidence has intensified the case, making it harder for the accused to evade the legal consequences.

Although Moeed Khan’s DNA has not been matched with the foetus, he continues to be under close investigation due to the strong testimony of the victim, which implicates him in the crime. The victim’s detailed account of the incident has kept Moeed Khan at the centre of the probe, ensuring that his involvement remains under scrutiny.

Both Moeed Khan and Raju Khan are now facing serious charges under various sections of the POCSO Act and criminal laws. They stand accused of gang-raping the 12-year-old minor girl, who belongs to the Other Backward Class (OBC). According to the investigation, the perpetrators not only committed this heinous act but also recorded the incident to use it as blackmail against the victim for more than two months. The crime came to light only after the victim started experiencing health complications related to her pregnancy.

One significant aspect of this case is the delay in the filing of the First Information Report (FIR). It has been noted that since 2012, the police station handling this case has been operating on land owned by Moeed Khan, raising questions about potential influence and power dynamics. Following the public outrage over this delay, arrests were made, and the investigation is now underway, though many believe it is long overdue.

The DNA evidence has undoubtedly provided the investigation with more clarity, particularly regarding Raju Khan’s role in the crime, while Moeed Khan remains under serious suspicion due to the victim’s testimony. The case has gained widespread attention, especially with concerns about how political connections may have impacted the delay in action. The public is calling for swift justice as more facts come to light, and the investigation continues to unravel the truth behind this disturbing crime.

It is alleged that Samajwadi Party leader Moeed Khan and his servant Raju Khan gang-raped the minor girl a few months ago. They also recorded the video while committing the heinous crime, to blackmail the victim. The two accused threatened to leak the obscene video to keep the victim under their control, continuing to sexually exploit her for over two months. However, the family came to know about the crime when her health deteriorated, and she became pregnant.

It is further alleged that the Bhadarsa Police Station didn’t file an FIR in this matter for more than 30 hours. It is also alleged that since 2012, this Police station had been running from the house of the accused SP leader Moeed Khan. This fact raises serious concerns about the potential influence that Moeed Khan may have had over the police, which could explain the delay in registering the case.

The incident took place in the Pura Kalandar police station area of Ayodhya. The accused SP leader Moeed Khan, who had a bakery shop near the Bhadarsa Outpost, was familiar in the area. The victim, on the other hand, lives with her mother, highlighting a significant power imbalance in the case.

On October 8, the charges against the accused will be framed, and the trial will officially begin. Both accused are currently in district jail, as their bail applications had been previously rejected by the local court. At present, their bail applications are under consideration at the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court.

SP Leader Used to Rape a minor Girl from OBC Community with the Help of His Servant, Moeed Khan is Also Close to MP Awadhesh Prasad: Police Post Was Running in His House

This case of gang rape of a minor girl came to light recently in Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh, where Samajwadi Party leader Moeed Khan and his servant Raju had been accused of rape. The victim, from a labourer family, was also blackmailed by making an obscene video of her. On Tuesday, July 30, 2024, the police registered a case and arrested Moeed Khan and his servant Raju. It was revealed that the SP leader Moeed Khan, who had been accused of gang rape, had a police post running in his house for about 12 years.

According to media reports, the incident took place in the police station area of Purakalandar in Ayodhya. Samajwadi Party leader Moeed Khan owns a bakery shop in the Bhadarsa area, which falls under the jurisdiction of the police station. A labourer woman from the OBC community and her 12-year-old daughter live in the same area. About 75 days ago, the victim was returning home with her mother after working as a labourer. On the way, Raju Khan, a servant working in Moeed Khan’s shop, called the minor girl over to get some toast. Since the minor girl had visited the shop earlier, she trusted him and went inside.

It is being told that Raju and his owner Moeed gang-raped the victim in turns in the shop. During this time, the accused also made a video of the rape, threatening to make the video viral if she told anyone about it. Later, both the accused used the video to blackmail the minor girl and gang-raped her for two months. As a result of the assaults, the victim became pregnant. Her mother grew suspicious when the minor girl complained of stomach pain. After some questioning, the minor girl revealed everything to her mother, explaining what had happened over the past few months. Finally, a complaint was lodged with the police.

As soon as information about the incident was received, Hindu organizations began gathering at the spot. Among them were workers from the BJP and Bajrang Dal, along with members of the Nishad Party, who came together at the police station and began raising slogans demanding justice. The situation grew tense as the crowd swelled, and the police force had to be deployed to control the scene. The police pacified the angry crowd by explaining the situation and assuring them that action would be taken against the accused.

During the investigation, it was revealed that the Bhadarsa police station, where this incident took place, had been operating from the property of the accused Moeed Khan. This raised significant concerns about the level of influence the accused had in the area. In response to the public outcry, the police station was moved overnight from Moeed Khan’s property to a different location to ensure there would be no further accusations of conflict of interest. Additionally, it is being reported that Moeed Khan is close to Samajwadi Party MP Awadhesh Prasad, which has further complicated the matter due to potential political influence.

It is being told that a bank is also being operated on the property of Moeed Khan. This has raised more questions about the legal standing of his property and whether he has been using his connections for personal gain. Meanwhile, angry locals allege that the FIR of the incident was only registered 30 hours after the complaint was initially filed, further fueling suspicions of a cover-up or delay in action due to Moeed Khan’s political ties.

At present, Samajwadi Party leader Moeed Khan and his servant Raju have both been arrested on charges of gang rape. Action has been taken against both the accused under the sections of gang rape and the POCSO Act, which deals with offenses related to the protection of children from sexual offenses. The investigation has now expanded to include an examination of the legality of Moeed Khan’s bakery shop, with authorities looking into whether his business was being operated lawfully or if he was benefitting from improper permissions.

Adding to the gravity of the situation, the victim’s mother has alleged that she was being pressured to withdraw the case. This has led to concerns about whether justice will be served or if influential individuals will use their power to manipulate the outcome. As the investigation continues, the public remains vigilant, with many demanding that those responsible for the crime and any attempt to influence the legal process be held accountable.

After Bakery Demolition, SP Leader and Accused Moeed Khan’s Illegal Shopping Complex Demolished by Authorities

Samajwadi Party (SP) leader and Ayodhya gang-rape accused Moeed Khan has faced further action by the Uttar Pradesh government led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Following the earlier demolition of his illegal bakery, the authorities have now demolished a third of his shopping complex, which had been unlawfully constructed on public property. The action was part of a larger effort by the government to clamp down on illegal constructions linked to the accused.

On 22nd August, a team from the district administration arrived with bulldozers at the shopping centre located in Bhadarsa town at around 11 AM. The complex, which housed banks and other businesses, was vacated prior to the demolition. Authorities ensured the evacuation of the premises before taking action, and within hours, a significant portion of the illegal structure was torn down. Notably, Moeed Khan is a close associate of Samajwadi Party leader and Ayodhya Lok Sabha MP Awadhesh Prasad, a fact that has only added to the controversy surrounding the case.

In the meantime, the victim of the gang-rape has undergone a medical termination of her pregnancy at King George’s Medical University (KGMU) in Lucknow. After the procedure, she and her family moved to a new residence in Bhadarsa town, where they are currently living under increased security measures. The victim and her family have been under constant threat, and as a result, the authorities have taken steps to ensure their safety.

Officials have deployed over thirty well-armed police officers, including female constables, to provide round-the-clock protection to the victim and her family. The presence of security personnel has been intensified, with the goal of shielding them from further threats and ensuring that the legal process proceeds without interference.

Moeed Khan and his employee, Raju Khan, have been accused of gang-raping an 12-year-old minor girl from the Other Backward Class (OBC) community in Ayodhya. The duo not only committed the heinous crime but also recorded the incident to blackmail the victim, using the video for over two months to control and exploit her. The crime was revealed when the minor girl began experiencing pregnancy-related health complications, which forced her to seek medical help, bringing the ordeal to light.

The case faced further complications as the filing of the First Information Report (FIR) was delayed. It is reported that since 2012, the local police station had been housed on property owned by Moeed Khan, raising concerns about potential influence and power dynamics in the investigation. Public outcry eventually led to the arrests of Moeed Khan and Raju Khan, and a formal investigation into the case is now underway.

In the wake of this incident, significant actions have been taken by the Yogi Adityanath government. Police Station In-Charge Ratanlal Sharma and Outpost In-Charge Akhilesh Gupta have been suspended, holding them accountable for their role in the delayed filing of the case and other possible lapses in the investigation. In addition to this, an official complaint has been lodged against Mohammad Rashid Khan, the Bharatkund Bhadarsa Nagar Panchayat President and another Samajwadi Party leader. The complaint accuses him of issuing death threats to the rape victim.

According to the complaint, “With the intention of killing the rape victim, Mohammad Rashid, along with Jai Singh and an unknown person, reached near the room of the women’s district hospital at 11 PM on Thursday (August 1, 2024).” The complaint further states that Mohammad Rashid had previously intimidated the victim in her own home, further escalating the threats against her safety.

There are also allegations that Moeed Khan has illegally occupied government lands and ponds in the area, in addition to taking over land belonging to several Dalit families. The Bajrang Dal, in a letter to the District Magistrate, revealed that a Dalit man named Janaki Prasad holds the legal rights to plot numbers 1675 and 1676. Moeed Khan’s bakery in Bhadarsa Bhahar was reportedly situated on this land, further implicating him in land encroachment and other illegal activities. A high-level probe into the properties and actions of Moeed Khan and Police Station In-Charge Ratanlal Sharma has been demanded by Bajrang Dal, as concerns grow over the extent of their wrongdoings.
