Uttar Pradesh: Dead Body of 9-Year-Old Child Missing from Madrassa Found in a Well in Fatehpur, Maulvi Detained for Interrogation

In a deeply disturbing development from the Fatehpur district in Uttar Pradesh, the police have uncovered the murder of a young child. The tragic discovery was made when the body of a 9-year-old child, initially reported missing from a local Madrassa, was found in a well situated close to the Singhara cemetery. Shockingly, the body was concealed inside a yellow sack, hinting at the gruesome nature of the crime.

Upon opening the sack, authorities revealed a chilling scene: the child’s hands and legs were bound with rope, and his face was obscured by plastic tape. This macabre find has shaken the local community, prompting an immediate response from law enforcement.

The police acted swiftly, sending the body for a postmortem to ascertain the exact cause of death, simultaneously registering a murder case to pursue justice for the young victim. Following a preliminary investigation and a complaint lodged by the bereaved family, suspicion fell on two individuals closely associated with the Madrassa. Among the detained is a Maulvi from the Madrassa, where the child was studying prior to his disappearance, highlighting the serious nature of the allegations and the complexities involved in the case.

The distressing sequence of events took place in the Saura village within the Malwan police station's jurisdiction, located in the Fatehpur district. The victim, a young boy whose family had hoped for his education in Arabic and religious studies, was enrolled in the Ulama Madrassa of Saura. Tragically, just five days after being left at the Madrassa, he vanished under mysterious circumstances.

Aalim (9), the son of Akhtar Ali from Baraura village in the Malwan block of Fatehpur, was not only a student but also a beloved member of his family, being the sole son among four siblings. The disappearance occurred on the 25th of June, shortly after he left the Madrassa premises. In a crucial communication that day at around 5:00 pm, Maulvi Rukumuddin of the Madrassa reached out to the family to report Aalim's absence. Despite their relentless search, the family found no trace of him, leading them to involve the local police in their desperate quest.

The community's concern deepened the following day. During the continued search, some locals noticed Aalim's cap and slippers abandoned near a well, roughly 500 meters from the Madrassa. This unsettling discovery prompted them to inspect the well, where they spotted a sack descending into the water. Alarmed, they immediately notified the police. Upon arrival, officers, with the aid of the community, retrieved the sack from the well. To the profound sorrow of all involved, it contained the dead body of the missing child, marking a tragic end to the search and beginning a somber quest for justice in this heartbreaking case.

In the continuing investigation of this tragic case, the father of Aalim, the deceased child, has taken formal legal steps to seek justice. He lodged a complaint at the local police station against two individuals identified as Maulana Hafiz and Bill Nawaz. These two are accused by the grief-stricken father of not only murdering his son but also disposing of his body in a manner most callous.

In response to the complaint, Additional SP Vijay Shankar Mishra confirmed that the young victim's body had been promptly sent for a postmortem to gather forensic evidence critical to the investigation. A legal case has subsequently been registered against the two named individuals under appropriate criminal sections, reflecting the gravity of the allegations against them. Both suspects have been detained and are currently under intense interrogation.

Further detailing the ongoing investigation, ASP Mishra emphasized that the police are actively examining all the evidence recovered from the site where Aalim's body was found. The objective is to uncover the possible motives behind this heinous act and to ensure that all those responsible are brought to justice. The community and the victim's family await answers, hoping that the legal proceedings will shed light on the circumstances that led to such a devastating outcome for a young child who had his entire life ahead of him.

Addicted to Pornography, Madrasa Cleric Commits Heinous Crime Against Child and Murders Him, Body Dumped in Well in a Sack, Fellow Cleric Also Involved - Fatehpur Child Murder

In a distressing turn of events in Fatehpur, new details have emerged from the local police about a chilling crime involving a 9-year-old boy. The young victim, previously reported missing, was discovered in a well within the Malwa police station area. The findings were gruesome: the boy had been forcibly stuffed into a sack with his mouth sealed with tape, and then thrown into the well. The subsequent police investigation led to the arrest of two clerics from a nearby madrasa.

Upon further investigation, it was revealed that one of the clerics had sexually assaulted the child before committing the murder. Disturbingly, this cleric was found to have an addiction to viewing pornographic content on his mobile, which police believe may have influenced his actions. The accomplice, a relative of the primary suspect, was implicated in helping to dispose of the boy’s body after the crime.

The case began to unfold on June 30, 2024, when a report was made to the Malwa police station about the boy, missing since June 29. His slippers were later found near Sour Lake, leading to a horrifying discovery: the boy's body was in a sack at the bottom of a well nearby. A joint police operation on Wednesday resulted in the arrests of clerics Rakimuddin and Dilnawaz. Items recovered included a motorcycle, a piece of cello tape, and a rope, all linked to the crime.

Mukesh Singh, who heads the Malwa police station, explained that Dilnawaz, one of the accused, had exploited an opportunity to commit this horrific crime when he found the child alone. Driven by his compulsive behavior and fearing exposure, he resorted to murder. The police disclosed that both suspects managed the madrasa where the victim was studying and was the youngest of the students.

Superintendent of Police Uday Shankar Singh added that the suspects are brothers-in-law and assured that the investigation is being carried out meticulously with help from various agencies. Local residents had initially grown suspicious after finding the child's cap and slippers near the well, which led to the grim discovery. The police and locals worked together to retrieve the body, which showed signs of severe restraint and abuse.

The police investigation has now confirmed that the boy was raped by the madrasa maulvi, adding another layer of atrocity to this already heinous crime.
