In a shocking incident, a man named Mohammad Amrish has been accused of raping his granddaughter along with his accomplice Mohd Raza.

The incident came to light after the girl’s mother arrived at the police station to file a complaint. He is the victim’s mother’s stepfather. The crime occurred at Delhi’s Bhalswa Dairy on November 9.

According to available information, Amrish was a cop in Tihar jail but was dismissed in a fraud case. “He was unemployed after being dismissed from jail. He keeps defrauding people after being dismissed from his job instead of finding another job.

My mother is his second wife and his first wife resides in Jahangirpuri. He has misbehaved with me as well but I never thought he would do something like this with my daughter.”, his stepdaughter informed the media.

The victim’s mother also said that Amrish had been sexually harassing her daughter but the victim never informed her. On November 9, the accused found her alone and forcibly took her into the house where the duo raped the girl.

He even threatened the mother-daughter duo saying he has police connections and reminded her how he had trapped her husband.

She further said the police haven’t been very helpful. The duo were made to sit in the police station. The crime occurred at 5 in the evening but the victim didn’t have her phone with her.

She informed her mother after she returned home at 7.30 PM. Later, the mother called the police and also the Mahila police. Further, the ambulance was sent away and a medical test wasn’t conducted according to the mother’s statement.
