Muslim family adopted a month old girl baby as they already had three sons, but once she turned 15 her ordeal started of turn wise rape by foster father and his 3 sons for 2 years: Had to undergo an abortion
A Muslim family has been arrested for raping their adopted daughter and aiding the crime. The 17-year-old minor girl was reportedly raped by the foster father and his 3 sons since she attained puberty.
The foster mother also has been arrested as she threatened the girl into silence when she told her about it.
A College student now, the 17-year-old girl who had lost both her parents in her childhood was adopted by a Muslim family in Chennai. She was born as the fourth child to her parents who gave her up as they couldn’t afford to bring her up. Sharif (64), a Muslim man had adopted her as a month-old baby as he had 3 sons and wanted a girl child.
She was reportedly brought up well by Sharif, his wife Jameela, and their sons Imtiaz(34), Irfan (29), and Hanif (26) like one of their own. She was even enrolled in a famous school in Chennai.

But things changed once she attained puberty when she was 15 years old. Sharif, the father started seeing her as a mature woman and repeatedly raped her when she was alone in the house.
The victim told about it to Jameela, the mother, who asked her to not talk about it to anyone else. So the sexual abuse continued and the girl became pregnant at one point. She was made to undergo an abortion and her ‘brothers’ also came to know about her situation.
They also started taking turns in raping her repeatedly and the girl faced sexual abuse almost every day for the past two years.
She is said to have come into contact with her biological siblings a month ago. She got their contact number and informed them about her ordeal later. Her sister reached out to the Royapettah All Women’s Police Station which registered a complaint and arrested Sharif, Jameela, Imtiaz, and Irfan. Hanif is absconding and police are on the lookout for him.
While Sharif runs a lorry mechanic shed, his two sons are lorry and car drivers and the third son runs a mobile phone service center. They have been booked under POCSO and other relevant sections for illegally adopting the girl and remanded to judicial custody.
