A horrifying and distressing crime has emerged from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, where the dismembered body of a 50-year-old beauty salon owner, Anita Choudhary, was discovered. She had been reported missing by her husband, Manmohan Choudhary, on October 27 at the Sardarpura police station. Anita’s remains, "divided into six pieces and wrapped in plastic bags," were buried in a deep pit near the home of the main suspect, Mohammad Gulamuddin Farooqi, whom the authorities are urgently trying to locate.

The girl, later identified as Priyanka, had been missing for several months. She was last seen on 31st May, and her disappearance had left her family in distress, desperately searching for her.
