After the murder of two Dalit sisters in Lakhimpur Kheri, now a case of lynching of a girl has come to the fore. It is alleged that Salimuddin and Asif entered the house and thrashed the girl for opposing the rape. This case is of September 12.

She died on 16 September after 5 days of treatment. After the death of the girl, the people of the village created a ruckus on Friday night. After this, the police came into action and arrested both the accused on Saturday. In this case, outpost in-charge Sunil Kumar Singh has been suspended.

What happened that day

Mother of the girl said:

"The incident is of 12 September. The daughter was alone in the house. I went out for some work. Seeing the daughter alone, Salimuddin and Asif entered the house. Both tried to rape the daughter. When the daughter protested, they started beating her brutally. Hearing the sound, I came. The accused also attacked me. He beat me too. I started screaming. So the neighbors gathered. Seeing the people coming, the accused fled away. However, during this, the daughter and I suffered a lot of internal injuries. The daughter had also pelted a stone in her defence. A young man was also injured in this. I reached the police station and filed a complaint. But, the policemen got the Tahrir written on their own arbitrarily. My FIR was registered for an assault case. ,

It was raining heavily, the victim's brother, who could not take the sister to the Lakhimpur hospital, said, “ I had gone out to work at the time of the incident. Mother was also not at home. The accused took advantage of this. We were going to Lakhimpur District Hospital to take my sister for treatment. But we could not take her there due to heavy rain. Sister died on Friday evening at 6 pm.

The family makes a living by doing laborer work. The villagers told that the financial condition of this family is not good. The girl's father has already died. Only his brother and mother live at home. Both were working as laborers to feed the family. A video of the girl has also surfaced. In this, the victim was informing the police about the incident that happened to her. She told that two youths had assaulted her. Although she has no previous enmity with both of them.

The doctor said that blood was coming from the mouth and ear. Superintendent of CHC Dr. Amit Singh told that the family of the teenager had brought her for medical on September 12. The girl had injuries on her neck and wrist. After the treatment, the family had taken her back saying that they would get treatment in Lakhimpur. Dr. Singh told that on Friday evening, these people again brought her to the hospital. It was found here that blood was coming from her mouth and ears. She couldn't breathe. Because of this, she was put on oxygen. The girl died around 6 pm on Friday.

SP said – No demand has been made from the family side to increase the section of murder. They want the harshest punishment for the accused. SP Sanjeev Suman told that the assault took place on 12 September. The complaint was given by the family members. A case was registered against the accused. It is reported that the girl has died. The section of culpable homicide not amounting to murder has been elevated in the trial. Both the accused have been arrested. The outpost-in-charge has been suspended. Action will be taken on the whole matter.

Two minor dalit sisters of Lakhimpur Kheri were lured to farms raped and murdered by hanging on the tree

On Wednesday evening, the bodies of two minor sisters were found hanging from a tree in Lalpur Majra Tamoli Purva village under the Nighasan police station of Lakhimpur Kheri district.

Local villagers and the girl's family lodged a protest as they marched and blocked the road demanding justice for the victims.

The family of the deceased has accused three men of rape and murder and staged a demonstration at the Nighasan crossing, a few kilometers from the village.

Lakhimpur Kheri superintendent of police (SP) Sanjiv Suman, along with the police force, rushed to the protest site and assured villagers that strict action will be taken against the accused.

Lucknow range inspector general (IG) of police Laxmi Singh, while talking to ANI, said, “Dead bodies of two girls were found hanging from a tree in a field outside a village in Lakhimpur Kheri. No injuries were found on the bodies.”

SP Lakhimpur Kheri Sanjeev Suman on Thursday said that six accused have been arrested for the rape and murder of two Dalit sisters in Uttar Pradesh’s Lakhimpur Kheri district on Thursday.

According to the police, the accused have been identified as Suhail, Junaid, Hafizul Rehman, Karimuddin, Arif, and  Chhotu.

However, Junaid was arrested after an encounter with the police, he also received a bullet injury.

All the accused have been booked under IPC 302, 376 & POCSO act.

#SP Lakhimpur Kheri Sanjeev Suman said, all the boys other than Chotu hailed from Lalpur village in Lakhimpur Kheri. Chotu who was a neighbor of the girls had introduced the two girls to these boys. He was also arrested.

#Accused were friends with deceased girls. Girls were y’day lured to farms and raped by Sohail and Junaid. After the girls forced the accused to marry them, Sohail, Hafizul, and Junaid strangulated and killed them. They then called Karimuddin and Arif and hanged the girls to eliminate proof.

• मृत बहनों के पड़ोसी छोटू गौतम ने सोहेल और जुनैद का परिचय उन दोनों से कराया था जिसके बाद उनकी आपस में 'दोस्ती' हुई। घटना के समय छोटू मौजूद नहीं था।
• घटना के समय सोहेल और जुनैद लड़कियों को पास के एक खेत में कथित दोस्ती की आड़ में बहला-फुसलाकर ले गए और फिर उनका बलात्कार किया। लड़कियाँ गयीं क्योंकि उनकी दोस्ती थी और वे उन पर भरोसा करती थीं।
• बलात्कार के बाद दोनों लड़कियों ने मांग की... कि आरोपी सोहेल और जुनैद उनसे शादी करें क्योंकि उन्होंने दोस्ती ही यही सोच कर कबूल किया था। शादी की जिद के बाद सोहेल, जुनैद और हफीजुल्लाह ने उनकी गला घोंटकर हत्या कर दी।
• हत्या के बाद जुनैद और सोहेल ने अपने दो और साथियों आरिफ, करीमुद्दीन को मौके पर बुलाया जिन्होंने दोनों मृत बहनों को पेड़ से लटकाने में उनकी मदत की।
• छोटू जो मृत बहनों का पड़ोसी है और मृतक बहनों के धर्म का है को छोड़कर सभी पाँच अपराधी लखीमपुर खीरी के लालपुर गांव के रहने वाले हैं।

बलात्कार और हत्या के इस जघन्य अपराध पर उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस यानी 'सरकार' ने अपना काम कर दिया है, कर रही है यानी दोनों का पोस्टमार्टम इस समय (पोस्ट लिखते हुए) कराया जा रहा है। सरकार जब कहीं काम करते नहीं दिखेगी उसकी निन्दा की जाएगी, जी भर कोसा जाएगा इसकी तसल्ली रखनी चाहिए।

मृत बहनों का पड़ोसी "छोटू" जो समाज यानी हमारा-आपका का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है, के जरिये अब समाज को सोचना चाहिए कि हम अपनी नैतिक, सामाजिक, पारिवारिक जिम्मेदारी कब उठाएंगे!

तमाम विपक्षी राजनीतिक पार्टी के नेता, सुपारी मीडिया और पत्रकार, जातिखोर चिंतक, संगठन आदि आदि इस पर क्यों खामोश हैं! इन तमाम सवालों और नारों को मेरा भी प्रचण्ड समर्थन है। लव जेहाद जैसी संगठित इस्लामिक अपराध योजना एक बड़ा खतरा है इसे भी मानता हूँ और इसके खिलाफ सरकारों को लगातार काम करते रहना होगा इसकी माँग करूँगा। मजहबी अपराधी लगातार हिन्दुओं पर आक्रमण कर रहे हैं ऐसी हर साहसी हिन्दू भावना का भी प्रबल पक्ष लेता रहूँगा।

लेकिन फिर पूछना चाहूँगा : समाज कहाँ है? उसकी सामाजिक, नैतिक, पारिवारिक जिम्मेदारी कहाँ है? हम कहाँ हैं? आप कहाँ हैं?
