Testing and Development of Agni-P Missile:

First Test: On June 28, 2021, the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) conducted the first test of the Agni-P missile from Abdul Kalam Island. The trajectory and parameters of the missile were tracked and monitored by telemetry, radar, electro-optical stations, and downrange ships positioned along the eastern coast. Second Test: Building on the success of the first test, on December 18, 2021, DRDO conducted the second flight test of the Agni-P missile from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Island off the coast of Odisha.
