The victim recounted that initially, she was unaware of the deceptive nature of DVR and, driven by the prospect of earning more, began to recruit her acquaintances to the company. She was not aware of the reality of the company and was motivated by the potential financial rewards.

Police had once raided the premises of DVR, both the alleged office and the hostel where many of the girls were housed, located in the Ahiyapur area. During this operation, they managed to rescue several girls. However, in a disturbing turn of events, it was revealed that following the police raid, CMD Tilak Singh relocated with many of the girls to Hajipur. It was in Hajipur that Tilak Singh forcefully married the victim.

Further deepening the gravity of her plight, the victim shared that while they were in Muzaffarpur, Tilak Singh forcibly had sexual relations with her and even forced her to undergo an abortion. The abuse continued even after their forced marriage; whenever she expressed the desire to visit her family, the accused brutally assaulted her and actively prevented her from leaving.

In a further distressing development, the victim recounted her brief moment of apparent liberation in the Bauriya area, where she was given some money and was told that now she was free. Despite this gesture, the grim reality of the situation persisted. The victim explained that the girls are taken hostage and closely guarded by goons to prevent them from escaping. These young women were coerced into luring more girls into the network under the false pretense of job opportunities, only for them to face similar exploitation.

The scope of this exploitation was extensive, as the victim reported. Not only were the girls subjected to sexual abuse, but they were also under constant threats to their safety and that of their families. The girls were threatened that their family members would be killed if they shared their ordeal, adding a layer of fear that silenced them. Adding to the horrors, several videos of girls being assaulted with a belt have also surfaced, providing graphic evidence of the brutal tactics employed by the perpetrators.

In response to these alarming revelations, the police have taken formal steps to address the crimes. An FIR has been registered, and a further investigation is underway to unravel the full extent of the criminal activities and bring those responsible to justice.
